HOW DOES Volunteering WORK? ITS VERY SIMPLE
Volunteering is a great way to help non-profits and social enterprises. Volunteering assignments fall into two categories: skills-based, which can be done remotely and hands-on where you help organizations on-site. Support social organizations by offering your time and skills. In return you grow your network, learn new things and feel satisfied because you have contributed to making our planet a better place.

SEARCH FOR PROJECTS MATCHING YOUR SKILLS AND INTERESTS
Start by finding projects on our volunteer marketplace that align with your interests (hands-on or skills-based) and timeframe.
Step 2
Post a question
If you have questions about a particular project, simply post a question on the project page and the non-profit will answer it.
Step 3
APPLY / REGISTER FOR A PROJECT
For skills-based assignments, you apply and submit your application. There are no costs involved with these engagements. The non-profits will review and contact you directly. For hands-on projects, you equally apply and need to agree on the timelines and costs with the organizations directly.

CONNECT, AND CONFIRM YOUR ENGAGEMENT
For both hands-on and skills-based assignments, you connect with the non-profit directly and agree on the details.
Step 5
Start working together
After both parties have agreed to the assignment, you start to work directly with the non-profit. At the end of the assignment you have a chance to jointly write about your experience and share it with our community.

Get Onboard
Join us and provide your basic contact information. We will then contact you and go through a short onboarding process to set you up on our platform and grant you access to our Partner Network.
Step 2
Submit your project
Once you are set up you can submit a volunteer project assignment to our corporate partner network. If they accept it, it will be made available to their employees on the marketplace.
Step 3
Review applications
You will start to see applications in your non-profit dashboard. We will rank them for you by matching the applicant's skills and experience.
Step 4
Interview with volunteers
Get in touch with applying volunteers for an interview and to agree on the next steps.
Step 5
Select volunteer
Select your preferred candidate. We rank them for you, based on how their skills and experience match with the skills profile you set in the project description.
Step 6
Start working together
After both parties have agreed to the assignment, you start to work directly with the volunteer. At the end of the assignment you have a chance to jointly write up your experience and share it with our community.
