Mission

People who suffer from narcissistic personality disorder are our parents, siblings, life partners, and even our children. We love them deeply, but they can inflict major damage on us as they work out their sense of entitlement, need for admiration, inability to take criticism, and dismissal of our feelings.

Loving an abusive narcissist can cause the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, including hyper sensitivity, avoidance of triggering experiences, anxiety, and depression. Without addressing the pain inflicted by a narcissist, the damage can fester, causing a lifetime of pain.

At Fitness Hacks, we spark healing journeys by providing inspiring content highlighting mental and physical fitness hacks for holistic health. We bring in guest experts, including psychologists and other mental health professionals, to share their best professional advice as we guide our readers to recovery.

History

We started the blog in 2019 during the pandemic. It was meant to be a place where information can be readily seen for free. People should know if they are around toxic people and what to do. And we can find out if our behavior is toxic and what to do. Read your way to better health.

We believe if the information is easily found it is better for society on the whole.

In addition to articles by experts and psychologists, we have a robust Resources section.
