Atma is an Accelerator for Education NGOs and Social Enterprises. We currently operate pan-India. Atma was founded in 2007 to support and strengthen education organizations. We believe that these organizations can lead the way in reforming education; but faced with a severe lack of financial and human resources, they are unable to realise their true potential.

History

Founders Adrienne Monteath-Van Dok and Hayley Bolding set up Atma in 2007, after exploring first-hand the dearth of quality education services that left millions of children excluded from a relevant education.

Atma's mission became plain: support existing education NGOs, transforming them into sustainable and scalable organisations. By transforming high potentials into high impact organisations, Atma enables them to reach out to more children in need.
