Develop a Financial Management Training
IBC (International Blue Cross) seeks to empower Blue Cross Organisations to act as key civil society actors in their respective countries and to enable them to contribute actively to the sustainable development goals. IBC staff trains the member organisations once a month in topics related to Good Governance and the SDG's. These trainings aim to lead to accountable, democratic and transparent organisations by adapting good governance practices.
The Good Governance trainings contain the following topics: Good Governance concept, organisational governance, annual and strategic planning, policies and guidelines, anti-discrimination, Human Ressources Management and Financial Management.
Help us to develop three sessions about financial management which cover topics such as financial planning and budgeting, basic accounting systems, financial reporting, internal controls and grant management.
Develop three sessions of two hours in Financial Management for the Good Governance training. Set up simple managing templates for grassrout organizations in low income countries (Expensed format, accounting format etc.) The organizations work with very limited ressources and volunteers.
Teach the online sessions to our memeber countries together with IBC staff.
You will meet IBC Staff to get more informations about Good Governance Trainings and you'll get access to our previous Financial Management lessons and templates.
