Development of an online communication platform for the MUNTERwegs mentoring program
The successful MUNTERwegs mentoring program, which is based on personal contact, is to be supplemented by the use of blended mentoring, so that in future in situations with limited Face2Face contact options, encounters between mentor and mentee (as well as coaching of mentors) can be ensured online as efficiently and effectively as possible. For this purpose, the association plans to set up an online communication platform that offers space for exchange and networking, makes resources visible and documents learning processes. As part of the volunteer work, you support the development of the communication platform.
IT project management
- Determination of needs and requirements
- Evaluation of existing communication platforms, recommendation of a suitable roll-out strategy
- Support for the implementation of the software
MUNTERwegs is a non-profit association. The seven project employees will all work on setting up the new communication platform. Thanks to financial support from a foundation, we also have financial resources, e.g. for software, fees, etc. In addition, the approximately 70 current mentors and mentees will be happy to support the development of the platform with their experience.

Mission
