Our Values

Our Vision

Our vision is to build a global community of passionate educators dedicated to ensuring relevant, engaging, and holistic higher education experiences worldwide, thereby equipping students around the world with the skills necessary to be inspiring leaders and have a meaningful impact in their communities.

Our Values

Integrity: We believe in pursuing honourable initiatives by operating in a way that is transparent, ethical and culturally responsive

Equality: We strive to bring inspiring, innovative and inclusive education experiences to everyone

Community: We seek to empower people to be change makers in their local communities and build a global network of academics to share their knowledge and passion for education

Our Work

We bring educators from around the world to teach professional skills to students in their home universities.

Our Online platform builds bridges and fills the knowledge gap by connecting experts and institutions for voluntary guest lectures.

The ThinkTank organises conferences and launches campaigns to share knowledge in the field of higher education.

Professors Without Borders connects educators and students worldwide to increase equal access to inspiring learning experiences in higher education

Professors Without Borders was co-founded in 2016 by Dr Caroline Varin, Tessy Antony de Nassau and Majeks Walker to bring education opportunities and share best practices in universities around the world.

Since 2020, Professors Without Borders (Prowibo) has been a UK registered charity and has sent educators to Uganda, Sierra Leone, India, Thailand, Senegal, organised online courses and conferences globally, and impacted the lives of thousands of students and teachers.
